KOS-MOS is an android of a human type, which was
built with the purpose of helping humanity to survive against a terrible
race extraterrestrial, Gnosis, KOS-MOS being then the best Weapon against them (but in fact, KOS-MOS is not a
weapon, she is a wonderfull woman, as we discovers it throughout
Xenosaga!!)
With first seen without emotions, KOS-MOS will reveal
nevertheless some sign of emotions throughout Xenosaga, and will not
have of cease to protect her creator, Shion Uzuki.
Very early in the history of Xenosaga, we understand that
KOS-MOS is not a mere android. Many signs show us that
she has a soul and a heart, and that she will have a great importance in the
events which will decide of the fate of humanity.
Besides, Albedo will see in the Y Data that KOS-MOS has a great
role in the future. It should be noted that during rare and
short moment, KOS-MOS has her eyes which become blue instead of red.
In this State, KOS-MOS shows her emotions more easily and sees
her capacities multiplied by ten. The reason of this change is
said later ^^.
KOS-MOS will discover what we can assimilate
to a dark sister, T-Elos, built by the one who conceived her plans,
Kevin Winnicot. KOS-MOS will be defeated by her sister when
T-Elos tries to kill her, but at the time of their second meeting,
T-Elos will be defeated by KOS-MOS, who protect her friends,
including her creators, Shion and Allen Ridgelley.
It should be also noted that Kevin had the capacity to give
orders to KOS-MOS because he is her first creator. But once that
Shion and Allen fixed KOS-MOS, because of the wound inflicted by
T-Elos, KOS-MOS doesn't obey to him any more. Also let us note that KOS-MOS
had never done order of a nature bad, but only orders which can be
seen like good. When he gave her bad orders, KOS-MOS did not obey to
him any more!!! She is really marvellous!!
In fact, the President and CEO of Vector Industries, companies who
built KOS-MOS, wanted that the soul of Mary Magdalene réincarne in
KOS-MOS. The body of Mary is T-Elos, the fusion of KOS-MOS
and T-Elos will make return Mary to the life, it's why T-Elos wanted to kill
KOS-MOS, to become the true Marie. KOS-MOS said she didn't understand what meant being the true Marie. At
this time,the second T-Elos/KOS-MOS fight, our Blue angel said that at the
same time she is and is not Marie. When Wilhelm, the President and CEO,
orders something to Mary, she cannot désobyey. When she gave an
order to KOS-MOS, she obeyed to him, she had then absorbed T-Elos and
had the eyes blue.
But at the last moment, KOS-MOS disobeys and reduces the plans of
Wilhelm to nothing; Wilhelm called her Mary, and KOS-MOS
answered him, by opening her eyes, of a beautifull red: "I am not
Mary... but KOS-MOS!"
From this moment, there is definitively the proof that KOS-MOS
has well her own heart and soul, not the soul of Mary
Magdalene. But for her friends can save the universe KOS-MOS must be sacrify herself to give them time in explosing against a Gnosis...
KOS-MOS then loses her 2 legs and 1 arm, and she derives in space.
Her batteries become empty. She then approaches the Earth,
known as "Lost Jerusalem", world given up and lost by the
humanity, Shion and the others are going to research this world to save the
universe definitively.
Then finished Xenosaga and the history of our dear Blue Angel, I did one very fast summary.
Xenosaga will never have continuation, therefore one can only
imagine what will occur. I think, for example, that Shion will
find Lost Jerusalem, and then will find KOS-MOS, and will fix her!!
After, this is just my thought, because I want that KOS-MOS can
live happy ^^.
